04Third-Party Services#
Some cookies are placed by third party services used on our pages. We do not control these cookies and cannot read them. Each provider's own privacy policy explains its processing:
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- PostHog (product analytics, session recordings and error tracking)
- Meta/Facebook (advertising)
- X/Twitter (advertising)
- LinkedIn (B2B insights)
- Stripe (payments, strictly necessary)
- Supabase (authentication, strictly necessary)
Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may also set cookies for security and performance:
- __cf_bm: bot management and security verification
- __cfruid: rate limiting and security
05Managing Cookies#
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view the cookies stored on your device, delete some or all of them, block cookies from all or from specific websites, and warn you before a cookie is stored. You can also clear localStorage, and browser extensions are available that block tracking generally.
When you first visit our website, a consent banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. If you reject them, marketing and advertising cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also clear or block cookies through your browser as described above.
Blocking all cookies will affect the usability of the Service; in particular, you cannot stay signed in without the strictly necessary cookies listed in section 3.1.
06Do Not Track#
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can control tracking through your browser settings as described in section 5.
07Browser Extension Storage#
Our browser extension does not use cookies. It uses the browser's extension storage API (chrome.storage) to:
- store your authentication credentials securely
- remember your preferences and settings
- cache property data for faster loading
This storage is separate from website cookies, is managed through your browser's extension settings, and can only be accessed by our extension. Uninstalling the extension removes it.
08Updates to This Policy#
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

10Legal Framework#
Our use of cookies is governed by:
- The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR)
- The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
- The Data Protection Act 2018
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under PECR. For all other cookies, the consent banner on the website provides a direct choice, and the browser controls described in section 5 also apply. For more information about how cookie rules work, see the ICO guidance on cookies.
