Every fact on Propbar traces back to a named source with a licence behind it. This page lists all 42 of them: what we take from each, the terms it arrives under, and the credit its publisher is owed.
Propbar is built by Vepler, the UK property data platform. Every dataset on this page reaches Propbar through Vepler's licensed pipeline, which matches records from national registers, official agencies and estate agents to the individual property.

Most UK public bodies publish under the OGL. It lets anyone copy, adapt and use the data commercially, on one condition: credit the source. The credit lines on the cards above are that credit, word for word.

Read the licence ↗The sources above supply the raw records. Everything Propbar builds on top of them is proprietary to Vepler: valuation estimates, comparable-property scoring, risk assessments, area ratings and the matching that links records across sources into one property profile.
If you export or share data from Propbar, keep the credit lines above with it, follow the licence terms, and do not present the underlying records as your own analysis.
If we have matched a record to the wrong property, email [email protected] with the evidence and we will investigate. We correct genuine processing errors; we cannot alter accurate public records.
